ALDER CREEK ESTATES is an exciting new townhouse project in the Woodland Creek Development. Construction has started on the first phase of 12 units, with first occupancy available spring 2008.

The project consists of 23 units, most with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and the units range from 1664 to 1729 sq ft.
